Commuters lapping up Watford apartments

Luxury apartments targeting Watford commuters are proving popular, according to a recent article in the Watford Observer.

The Carpenders Park development, Hartwell House, has only three apartments available to those looking for ideally-situated accommodation in the area.

Prices for one of the two-bedroom apartments, for which amenities include underfloor heating, begin at £370,000.

Kebbell Homes, the firm that developed the 21 two-bedroom apartments, said that the one-time office block is a perfect situation for commuters, with London overground providing travel into Watford and Central London.

Kebbell added that the town centre features numerous attractive shopping, entertainment, and dining venues to entice people to the area, including the intu shopping complex.

Each of the apartments features a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating, along with an open-plan kitchen, which boasts an integrated dishwasher, microwave, and AEG oven.

Entertainment is aplenty too, since each apartment is set up to receive digital and satellite television, with Sky available in the bedrooms and living room.

Kebbell Homes sales and marketing manager Andrea Fawell said:

“These final three two-bedroom apartments really are the last chance to snap up absolutely delightful homes in a great location.

“Carpenders Park has excellent transport links to Central London and a great range of amenities itself including shops, restaurants and cafés. It has a strong, established community and is a great place to call home.”

Fawell added that anyone interested in one of the apartments should move quickly as homes in the first-rate development are moving quickly.
