Delivery & Returns Information

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries, offering a range of delivery options in respect of cost. We can advise delivery times offered by Royal Mail for their various services, which are subject to change by Royal Mail at any time. The services we offer are:

Next Day Guaranteed - Delivery before 1pm (Monday to Friday) Available September - January Only

1st Class Recorded - Delivery 1 - 2 Days (Monday to Saturday) not guaranteed.

2nd Class Recorded (Weight up to 1kg) - Delivery 3 Days (Monday to Saturday) not guaranteed.

Standard Parcel (Weight over 1kg) - Delivery 3 Days (Monday to Saturday) not guaranteed.

Air Mail - Delivery 5 - 15 Days

Delivery for all services excluding Next Day Guaranteed, are approximate and can take longer up to 21 days.

We endeavour to ship orders either the same or next working day subject to stock availability and volume (please note that Next Day Guaranteed refers to the postal service only and not the despatch time). We try to protect the packaging, however we do not accept responsibility for damaged packaging caused by transit.

Occassionally packages get delayed in the postal system, we can provide proof of posting for all items despatched. We work to Royal Mail procedures for lost shipments which allows 21 days for delivery of all classes of post except Next Day Guaranteed. We can not resend orders that are delayed in the post until 21 days from posting. 

Returns Policy

We will accept returns for damaged or defective items at any time within three months of purchase.

We will exchange any item that is the wrong size or colour where an option of the correct size or colour exists provided we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item. Where there is not an option available for a different size or colour we will issue a refund less the postage costs. Replacement items or refunds will only be issued following receipt of the original items with the packaging in an undamaged and unused condition at our office. 

Items bought in November or December for Christmas presents may be returned or exchanged as described above provided that we are notified within 2 weeks of Christmas Day (i.e. 8th January).

Please email prowarm@calescotec.com regarding any item that you wish to return stating the order number and reason for the return.

USA Deliveries

All deliveries to the USA will be by a signed for service using either Royal Mail or DHL, in order to reduce the weight of some items they may be shipped without boxed packaging.
