We use Royal Mail for most deliveries, using 1st class recorded delivery. Orders with a delivery cost in excess of £8.00 will be desptached using either DHL or UPS. All of our services are "signed for" services. Please ensure that a contact telephone number is provided.
International deliveries will be made either by Airmail or DHL, please ensure that you provide a contact telephone number.
Next Day Guaranteed - Delivery before 1pm (Monday to Friday). Order cut off is 12:00 for same day despatch. Only available in November & December.
1st Class Recorded - Delivery 1 - 2 Days (Monday to Saturday) not guaranteed.
Air Mail - Delivery 5 - 15 Days
Delivery for all services excluding Next Day Guaranteed, are approximate and can take longer up to 21 days.
We endeavour to ship orders either the same or next working day subject to stock availability and volume (please note that Next Day Guaranteed refers to the postal service only and not the despatch time). We try to protect the packaging, however we do not accept responsibility for damaged packaging caused by transit.
Occassionally packages get delayed in the postal system, we can provide proof of posting for all items despatched. We work to Royal Mail procedures for lost shipments which allows 21 days for delivery of all classes of post except Next Day Guaranteed. We can not resend orders that are delayed in the post until 21 days from posting.
Returns Policy
We will accept returns for damaged or defective items at any time within three months of purchase.
We will exchange any item that is the wrong size or colour where an option of the correct size or colour exists provided we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item. Where there is not an option available for a different size or colour we will issue a refund less the postage costs. Replacement items or refunds will only be issued following receipt of the original items with the packaging in an undamaged and unused condition at our office. Where an item is returned for refund and is not faulty there will be a 25% restocking charge if the item does not have complete and undamaged packaging.
Items bought in November or December for Christmas presents may be returned or exchanged as described above provided that we are notified within 2 weeks of Christmas Day (i.e. 8th January).
