Terms and Conditions of Purchase
All prices are inclusive of Vat.
All goods are dispatched Monday - Friday.
Goods will be sent by either Royal Mail or by our Courier service.
Please note we only deliver to UK & Europe.
All deliveries by courier must be signed for.
We still hold the right to refuse any order due to delivery charge if the weight and volume is excessive. We will inform you of this at the point of order. We still have the right to inform you of extra cost if you wish to continue with the order.
Highlands, remote districts, Ireland and European Mainland are normally 1 to 2 days extra on advertised delivery times.
Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase is simple. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and you will be taken to the item description. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. It is important we have a contact phone number for you.
Missing Parcel :
If you find you are missing a parcel when your delivery arrives please inform us as soon as possible. The information we require is your name, postcode, order number (if known) and how many parcels you have received & what you are missing. If you have had no delivery at all you must report this within 7 days from the dispatch date. If you fail to report a lost missing parcel within 7 days we will not be liable for its replacement.
Faulty Goods:
Where "faulty" goods are concerned, the return of the goods in/with their original packaging is requested "where possible " .
Faulty products must be reported within 2 days of purchase.
We will require the goods to be returned so that we can examine the products. Where the products are found to be faulty a replacement will be sent and any money owing to you from return postage etc will be refunded, any product must be sent back with in 7 days of purchase.
Wrong goods ordered:
If you order goods that are the wrong size, let us know by email and return the goods, unused and in their original packaging to us for within 7 days for replacement, you will be required to pay the postage to us but we will send you the new goods free of postage costs. We reserve the right to refuse goods that have been used or are damaged in any way.
If you order goods that you do not want and wish to return them it will be down to you as a customer to send the goods back, unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt, a credit note will be issued for the value of the goods only and a 25% re-stocking fee will also be charged and taken from your credit note. The credit note can only be spent on our online shop and can only be used if we receive an order via post from you with the original credit note attached. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Wrong Goods Received:
If you have ordered goods and receive the wrong item at the point of delivery email prowarm@calescotec.com and tell us so that we can arrange collection and the correct goods to be delivered.
Damaged Goods:
If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods and they are damaged then you need to report this via email to us within 24 Hours of receiving your goods. Failure to do this will result in no action being taken by us.
If possible please ring us at the point of delivery so we can advise you and see if you should reject the delivery.
Delivery Schedule & Missed delivery:
We will endeavour to your dispatch goods within 10 working days of ordering. All delivery times are estimates only. We have the right to select the best postage option at the time of dispatch to equal or better your chosen method of delivery.
Should we be unable to dispatch your goods as agreed we will contact you to inform you with our estimated dispatch date. If you are not happy with this you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order.
ROYAL MAIL ONLY : (this included first class) We will gain certificates of postage and can not be responsible for any loss in the Royal Mail postal system. We will place a claim for the goods, and keep you informed.
If you miss your delivery and fail to act on the information supplied by the carrier, your order will be shipped back to us. If this happens please note that the original delivery charge plus £12 will need to be paid before we dispatch the goods out to you for the 2nd time.
Remittance Terms:
Cheques, postal orders and cash sent recorded delivery are accepted for pre payment of your order and this payment is required before we can dispatch your order. Please make any cheques or postal orders to Calesco Technology Ltd.
If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please email us via the "contact us" page . All complaints will be dealt with personally within 48 hours.
Product availability:
We endeavour to supply all of the products shown on our web site, however in busy times sometimes we run out of stocks that take time to replace. We will contact you if there is a problem with our supply and give you the option of cancelling your order.
