Village beach cottage features underfloor heating

A cottage based in the Somerset village of Brean has now become available and features a host of modern conveniences, including a cutting-edge kitchen with underfloor heating.

Overlooking the sandy shores of Brean Beach, the fully modernised cottage is detached and offers four individual bedrooms, making it perfect for family living. The ground level provides residents with a hallway complete with storm porch, a 29-foot-long dining room and lounge, a kitchen-cum-breakfast room, a utility room, two large bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The first floor hosts the other two bedrooms, with the master suite equipped with its own bedroom and a dedicated sun terrace. Ground floor bedrooms offer views of the Mendip hills, while those upstairs enjoy views of the beach nearby.

No expense has been spared on the state-of-the-art kitchen. Appliance-wise, there’s an in-built double oven manufactured by Bosch, a Neff induction hob with five burners, a fully integrated microwave and AEG dishwasher and plenty of room for a large American-style refrigerator produced by the popular Smeg brand.

The home’s lounge benefits from French doors, allowing future homeowners to make the most of the select location’s natural sunlight.

Outdoors, the cottage has its own lawned back garden, with two patios, flower beds and a pergola. Steps from the outside areas lead down to Brean Beach for easy access. To the front of the property, a double garage fitted with an electric-powered roller shutter can be found, along with abundant driveway parking for visiting guests.
