Hotel company expands offering with underfloor-heated rooms

The elite hotel management company Cycas Hospitality has increased its footprint in the UK capital, adding three brand-new properties to its collection this year.

Designed to offer guests a luxury experience when staying in London, the new hotel rooms boast a bounty of modern comforts, from underfloor heating to housekeeping services.

Among the trio of new hotels, Cycas has launched The Lincoln Suites right in the centre of London’s historic hub, Holborn. Offering unrivalled comforts to guests, each one of the 54 rooms on offer feature a wide range of high-tech features. Along with the radiant warmth of a cutting-edge underfloor heating system, the rooms also supply flat screen smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and Nespresso machines.

Marketed as a “boutique aparthotel”, these luxury homes-from-home are pet friendly and have been created to answer every whim of their select clientele. As well as the impeccable housekeeping service, each guest will enjoy luxury toiletries and access to an around the clock reception team, ready to help 24-hours a day.

The luxury rooms are contained in a fully converted neo-classical building from the 1920s, suiting the character of the city centre.

Location-wise, the hotel is only five minutes on foot from London Underground stations like Covent Garden, Holborn and Temple. Based in the historic city quarter, guests staying in the suites will be able to appreciate coveted views from their windows and find that many of its iconic attractions are only a short stroll away, including museums and theatres.
