To validate your ProWarm™ Lifetime Warranty simply enter the information from the installation form, provided by your installer / electrician, in the form below. This information must be submitted within 28 days from completion of works.

ProWarm™ underfloor heating cables and mats come with a Lifetime Warranty providing they have been installed by an Approved Electrician in accordance with the IEE 17th Edition wiring regulations and the installation conforms to Part P of the Building Regulations 2005. The installation must be in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and the relevant warranty information must be registered below within 28 days of completion of the works, any failure to do this will result in a void of guarantee.
Covid-19 Update
Due to the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic, we are extending the deadline for warranty registrations from 28 days to 90 days. We understand that in these testing times it may be difficult to employ an electrician to sign off your installation, so we're happy to help.

* A system is considered to be any enclosed heating installation. When a water system is installed this may consist of a manifold, pump, wiring centre, thermostat and pipe circuit(s), or a single circuit pump, pipe and thermostat. When an electrical system is installed, this will consist of any number of mats/cable running from a single fused spur/isolation switch.
